Sanibel is a short drive from Ft. Myers and the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

To return to the Ft. Myers airport and I-75:
1. Cross the Causeway and follow Summerlin Blvd. until you see a sign for Gladiolus Dr. bearing right. (You’ll see it as you approach the “fly-over” ramp.)
2. Bear right onto Gladiolus and follow the signs to I-75 and the airport.
3. Take 1-75 South to the airport exit.
To Pointe Santo from east Florida:
1. Take I-75 West.
2. Take Exit 123 toward Estero.
3. Turn left at Corkscrew Road.
4. Turn right at FL-45 N/S, Tamiami Trail/US 41N.
5. Turn left at Six Mile Cypress Parkway/Ben C. Pratt Parkway. Six Mile Cypress becomes Gladiolus Drive. Keep driving straight.
6. Follow from #4, directions from the Ft. Myers airport.
To Pointe Santo from Orlando:
1. Take I-75 South to Exit 158 Cape Coral/N. Ft. Myers.
2. Merge onto County Road 762/Green Gulf Blvd/Tuckers Grade Blvd.
3. Turn left at Tuckers Grade.
4. Turn left at FL-45 S/S Tamiami Trail/US 41 South.
5. Turn right at FL-82 /FL 867 South.
6. Turn right at McGregor Boulevard.
7. Turn right to stay on McGregor Blvd.
8. Continue from #5, directions from the Ft. Myers airport.

Fort Meyers Airport
Driving directions:
From Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) also known as Fort Myers Airport:
1. Take Airport Road out of the airport. As you near the airport exit, bear left, following signs for Interstate 75. Take I-75 south (towards Naples), and get off at the 1st exit (Alico Road). At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Alico Road.
2. Take Alico Road to the Michael G. Rippe Parkway. Turn right onto the Parkway. At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Six Mile Cypress Parkway. [There’s a large Sun Harvest Citrus store on the corner on your left.]
3. Stay on Six Mile Cypress. You will pass a Home Depot on your right and a Walmart on your left. You will cross Route 41 (Tamiami Trail). Six Mile Cypress becomes Gladiolus Drive. Keep driving straight.
4. Move into the left lane. Watch for signs for “Beaches” and “Sanibel-Captiva” and Summerlin Blvd. Stay left and take the ramp up.
5. Follow Summerlin straight for about 8 miles to the Sanibel Island Causeway Toll Booth (or for just 6 miles to get to the last Publix Grocery Store before crossing the causeway over to Sanibel Island). Summerlin becomes McGregor Blvd. before the toll booth.
Note: At about the 6-mile mark, you’ll pass the John Morris Drive intersection. Just beyond that intersection, there’s a “Sanibel Outlets” shopping center on the right, with numerous high-end outlet shops. If you take a left instead – just opposite the outlet stores’ entrance, and drive across the divided highway – you will enter a shopping center with the last Publix Grocery Store before the toll booth. The Publix sign is hard to see from Summerlin Blvd.
6. Pay the $6 toll and continue on Sanibel Causeway Road across the water to a 4-way stop (the 1st intersection).
7. Turn right onto Periwinkle Way.
Note: Sanibel Holiday is our local representative on Sanibel that handles check-in, check-out, and any problems during your stay. They now have two offices; one is a Guest Welcome Center at 1177 Causeway Blvd. — the first driveway on the right after you get off the Causeway. It’s open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The other Sanibel Holiday office, which is closer to Pointe Santo for free newspapers, brochures on tourist attractions, etc., is at 1648 Periwinkle Way, Suite A-2 (1-800-572-6423). This second office, located in the Island Medical & Business Center, shares a driveway with Lime Tree Center. It’s one driveway before Jerry’s Supermarket. There’s an elevator to the 2nd floor.
From the Periwinkle Way Sanibel Holiday office, there are 2 easy ways to get to Pointe Santo: Turn right out of the Sanibel Holiday driveway, back onto Periwinkle Way, and:
Option 1:
8. Continue on Periwinkle Way to the end.
9. Turn left onto Tarpon Bay Road and drive to the end.
10. Turn left onto West Gulf Drive and drive a short distance to Pointe Santo at 2445 West Gulf Drive, on the right.
Or Option 2:
8. Turn left onto Casa Ybel Road (opposite the entrance to Jerry’s Supermarket).
9. Follow Casa Ybel Road, which eventually becomes West Gulf Drive. Watch for the Pointe Santo sign on the left.
There are two entrances/exits into Pointe Santo de Sanibel. Pull into one of them and follow the signs for Building C. Look for the parking space marked C-36 on the building side of the C parking area, about half-way down Building C. Take the elevator to the left of the parking space up to the 3rd floor and go right to C-36.
