Thank you so much!!!  We really enjoyed it a lot…especially since we were by ourselves.  Everything in the condo has been great so far.  We have tried some new restaurants along with our favorites from past years.

I believe all of our friends we met last year are coming back again next year as well.  We had so much fun with them.  They were all so sweet to us for our anniversary and my birthday.  It’s amazing how you meet people on vacation and they become like your family.  I have so enjoyed playing with their kids and seeing how much they have grown since last summer.  It really does my soul good.

We are so appreciative to you and your husband for sharing your beautiful place with us.  We just love it here.  We feel like it’s our home away from home.

Everything was absolutely perfect; it always has been, and the updates to the condo were really nice.  All of the things you guys have there are always so helpful.  My extended family stayed in a condo right above us and they absolutely fell in love with Sanibel just like I did the first time we ever went.

We are preparing to leave and can’t believe how quickly our 5 weeks zipped by.

The complex is in a great location and is well-maintained and very quiet. The unit itself couldn’t have been better. It was spotlessly clean and in excellent repair, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and all the information we needed on what was where and how to use it.

This was our eighth trip to Sanibel and Point Santo C-36 in 10 years and every time it feels like coming home! A beautiful condo, caring owners, and everything needed to make us feel welcome and provide all the amenities and more. We will be back next year and years to come!

I just want to say thank you for a great place to stay.  The condo was everything as shown on VRBO in the pictures.  Everyone here was so nice and helpful!

We ate at Doc Ford’s, Lazy Flamingo, Mucky Duck, 400 Rabbits.  We liked it so much that we booked again for July, 2022.  If I could give 10 stars, I would.  This is a great place to stay.

Another great year (Spring Break) in Sanibel!  Days were filled with lots of swimming, bicycling, fishing and shelling.  This is a great place to make family memories!

Carol & Bill: Your condo (once again) was great!  The upgrades since our last stay in C-36 are very nice!  Thank you for the hospitality; we hope to come back again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo.  It was so updated, and you had just about every appliance and kitchen utensil imaginable! Mattress was comfy, too.  We are a family of 4 from Lafayette, Indiana, and this was our first time to Sanibel.

We absolutely loved it!  We will definitely return, hopefully next spring break.  Our children are 12 & 11 years.  We are somewhat older parents, as I became a pediatrician 1st.

Our favorite things were bike riding, the small island community and shops were wonderful, going to Joey’s Custard Shop, seeing dolphins right from the beach, visiting the Lighthouse on bikes, and shopping.  We spent most of our time at the pool and some at the beach.  It was such a relaxing vacation & family friendly.  We went out to eat a few times as well.

We loved every minute of our stay on Sanibel. Everything at Pointe Santos C-36 was fantastic as it always is.  The weather was ideal. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. And the views were spectacular.

It was like Old Sanibel (we figured out that this was our 11th year) the first week we arrived, because the crowds weren’t there (one benefit of covid–said selfishly).  We tried to support the locals as much as possible by renting bikes, dining out and going to the farm market.  We had to make a reservation for Christmas Day church (never in my life have I had to do that)!  Christmas week it became a little busier.

We would like to reserve C-36 for 2 weeks in December, 2021 through January, 2022…if you’ll have us!

Love staying at this unit at Pointe Santo. Very accommodating as if I were in my own home. Carol is a pleasure to talk with. Always kind and wanting my stay to be exceptional. Well maintained property.

This was the cleanest and most updated condo we have stayed in.  It was extremely well-stocked with all the basics and more.  Great communication with owners throughout the whole process.  Five stars!

Karen and I had a great time.  Your condo is very pretty and nice for sure!  We would stay in it again if we ever travel back to Sanibel Island.  It is really a short walk to the beach but gives you time to greet other guests as you walk.  Everyone was very nice to us.  We actually took some pictures that we thought were good.  Such beautiful sun rise and sun sets.

Pointe Santo C-36 felt like our home away from home. Very clean & organized. Everything you might possibly need for a getaway is available to you. Big beach towels, nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, floats etc. Master bed is very comfortable & the upgrades to bathrooms & kitchen are a nice touch. The unit itself is very clean with a great view.

At the beach the loungers, tables & umbrellas are good quality. Same with pool area. All areas very clean with plush landscaping. We would stay again. Great communication with owners & rental company.

We had a great time in Sanibel; as always, we hated to leave.  The condo was super-clean and very comfortable.  We will definitely reach out when we plan our next trip…hopefully next summer.

We loved the condo.  The décor was great and everything was very clean and as described.  It was a perfect stay for us this year, and we hope to stay there again! 

We had a wonderful stay and it was a much needed get away.  We were nervous about going to Florida where the (COVID-19) numbers were so high, but were comforted by the low numbers in Sanibel.  Nonetheless, we were extra careful and did not go out to eat except two times where we could eat outside on a porch with good social distancing.  We did get take-out a couple nights, but mostly ate at home.

At Pointe Santo it felt safe and everyone kept an appropriate distance on the beach, etc.

We look forward to coming back and I did not want to leave.  I am missing it today.  Thanks.

We had a wonderful time!!!  You have a beautiful home — the upgrades are awesome.

On the resort, everyone was doing a fine job of distancing.  The beach was never crowded and people did a particularly good job distancing in the pool — staying in clusters with their families.  We did takeout every night — it was awesome!!  We would call in our order and 10-15 minutes later, it was ready.  I would go in with a mask, the employees wore masks and there was hand sanitizer available.

We have 4 close friends that are doctors.  They said it’s as simple as people just wearing masks (indoors). Outdoors, no mask necessary unless you are in a crowded area with a lot of people. Otherwise, distance inside and out and wear a mask indoors.

Again, Sanibel is now one of our happy places!!!  Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will be in touch. Take care and stay well.

Oh, what lovely memories we have of C-36 at Pointe Santo! We loved all of the recent upgrades, which make the condo all the more attractive and comfortable. This is our 8th year staying in the condo for three weeks in February-March, so it feels like our “home away from home” in our beloved Sanibel! We had a fabulous vacation! Thanks, Carol, for taking such good care of us, and we look forward to more sunshine and warmth next year.

Everything was perfect with the condo!  We love it there, as you know.  Birding was great, shelling was great —- even the weather was great compared to the rest of the country ♥.  Already looking forward to next year and beyond!  

I want to thank you for the discounts and for holding the rate!  We work all year to get to Sanibel (planning and thinking of Sanibel keeps us motivated all year)!

I biked almost everyday and woke up with my daughter to see 2 sunrises.  There’s a great little breakfast place almost to the lighthouse on the left (same plaza as Pinocchio’s ice cream).  Our favorite restaurant is Traders.

We have traveled with the same “Sanibel family” for 9 years (didn’t known them before Sanibel).  Everyday we coordinate appetizers under the tiki hut at 4:00 with the drink of the day.  One family even did wine tasting!    Thank you again!

What a wonderful stay!  The condo was nicely furnished and the owners were very helpful and accomodating.  The condo was very well equipped with beach and pool toys!  Our kids were really happy.  Beach towels were very handy, too.  Can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed in Pointe Santo de Sanibel C-36 for the 6th year, for our usual three weeks in late February and early March, 2018. And we have already signed up for next year! We love the island of Sanibel, the resort of Pointe Santo, and especially this comfortable, attractive, well-supplied condo with a gorgeous view of the landscaped pond (we call it the lagoon) and the ocean beyond. Carol has provided so many things for our comfort and convenience: comfortable furniture, a great mattress in the master bedroom, new pillows, lots of new beach towels, lots of hangers in the closets, two TVs and a drawer full of DVDs, and a well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Having stayed in many condos with warped, beat-up skillets, we especially appreciated the heavy, sturdy non-stick skillets here. On the porch you will find lots of items for the beach and pool.

Some of our favorite activities are the “Birding the Refuge” tours on Tuesday mornings at Ding Darling Wildlife Drive, the Bailey Tract trail, the Pond Apple trail, and Captiva Cruises. Off the island, we love the boardwalks at Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and the Marsh Trail of the Ten Thousand Islands Wildlife Refuge. We also enjoyed a Ghost Rider Tram Tour at Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park. Whatever you like to do, you will have a fantastic vacation on Sanibel while staying in Pointe Santo C-36!

We all loved the location!! PERFECT SPOT!   So easy to get bikes for the week and ride them to the condo, easy ride to both ends of the island and to the yoga studio. The pond in front provided such a beautiful, relaxing setting and we really enjoyed sitting in the lanai.  Pool was beautiful too….a little small, but not overcrowded.  Lots of lawn chairs were always available near the beach so we could always find a spot for all of us. And the rest of the people we encountered were very pleasant.

Personally, it seemed like you have been very sincere in wanting our vacation to go smoothly so we could  really enjoy our time there and that meant a lot to all of us!

For those that enjoy eating out; the condo owners provide a lot of information about where to dine, phone numbers etc.

We spend lazy days on the beach, unbelievable shelling, long beach walks and our own cocktail hour under the tiki hut with friends we have made over the 7 years.

Sanibel’s Pointe Santo is impeccably maintained, quiet and peaceful. If you are looking to get away from “it all” …this is the place!
