The owners of Pointe Santo C-36 welcome you to sunny Sanibel Island and Pointe Santo de Sanibel, an on-the-beach condominium complex. C-36 looks directly out to the Gulf of Mexico and a lovely, landscaped pond in the courtyard.

Our C-36 condo is 1,243 square feet of beautifully-decorated, air-conditioned living space, a short elevator-ride to the 3rd floor. It sleeps up to 6. The fully-equipped Kitchen, with its beautiful quartz countertops, is open to a spacious Living area, where a comfortable sofa and love seat is a great place to enjoy the Gulf view, read, watch the flat-screen HDTV or socialize with family and friends. The sofa is a queen sleeper, easily accommodating 2 guests.

Ceiling fans throughout the condo allow for turning off the AC and opening the condo to the evening Gulf breezes.
The Dining Area seats 6 comfortably. Two adjacent wicker stools under the kitchen counter and 2 chairs under the kitchen island provide extra seating.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen DISH TV and DVD player, and sliding doors with a water view and the soothing sounds of the Gulf surf. The master suite has a private bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower.
The Guest Bedroom’s double and twin beds offer sleeping options for 2-3 more guests. There’s an adjacent bathroom equipped with a combination tub/shower.
C-36 is beautifully decorated, but most guests would rather be outdoors, enjoying the Pointe Santo pool or hot tub, relaxing in a chaise lounge, or walking the beach in search of seashells.

The roomy Master Bathroom features double sinks, a spacious shower and a large guest closet.
